How to return an order:
- To process the return, log into your account HERE, click 'Completed Orders' on the right and then click the 'Return' button.
- How to Package Your Return: Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include the return form, a packing slip and other materials sent to you by Takarjewelry.com.
Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.
- Shipment and Insurance: Use the following shipping methods depending on the value of your order. The minimum return shipping method should be FedEx Ground with insurance and a signature required. Make sure you can track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at Takarjewelry.com for quick and easy refunding.
- For any item that is over 30 days and needs to be resized or exchanged, there is a $25.00 handling fee.
