What is Takar’s Lifetime Warranty Policy and why do we offer it?

Because Takar Jewelry is made for everyday wear, we understand that things do happen. 

Founders of Takar Jewelry strongly believe that every customer should be fully covered when purchasing fine jewelry, and for that reason we are providing our customers with a Lifetime Warranty policy absolutely free of cost. 

Terms & Conditions

-All items purchased from Takarjewelry.com are covered under lifetime warranty as long as they are physically available, lost items are not covered and can not be replaced. 

-Order number and/or name of purchaser must be available 

- Takar Jewelry will examine the piece and decide whether it should be repaired or replaced. 

- Missing or loose stones, cracks, broken bands & tarnishing are all covered in the lifetime warranty policy. 

- Customers may send in their jewelry to be washed and repolished by Takar Jewelry at any time.

How Does It Work?

-Email us at info@takarjewelry.com- Include your name, Order Number, The issue with the item purchased.

-A representative will reach out to you within 1-3 Business days with a ‘Repair #’ and a Prepaid Return Label

-Once you receive your ‘Repair #’ please MAIL us the piece using the Prepaid Return Label provided to you by Takar Jewelry.

- All repairs are completed within 1-5 Business days.

-Once your item has been shipped back to you, we will email you your new tracking number.
